A New FACE For 2024? – He’s A Republican!

(DailyVantage.com) – Senator Tim Scott (R-SC), who has been flirting with a possible 2024 candidacy for a while now, is displaying more and more signs that he will be throwing his hat into the ring sometime soon.

Scott’s jam-packed traveling schedule indicates that he might just be testing the waters for a run. On April 12th, Scott will be making an appearance in Iowa, a key primary state. There, he will be speaking to students at Drake University, alongside Republican Governor Kim Reynolds.

Just one day later, on April 13th, the senator will be making his way to the Granite State, New Hampshire.

His schedule, though, doesn’t stop there. On April 14th and 15th Scott will speak at a donor summit in his home state of South Carolina.

The senator’s active April itinerary is beginning to raise eyebrows. Many are beginning to speculate that Scott is, in fact, very serious about running in 2024.

Scott, who is by all means a rising star in the Republican Party, would be the first African American to enter the GOP primary field for president.

When asked in interviews about his intentions for 2024, however, Scott routinely offers ambiguous and evasive answers. Though his actions closely resemble a man who is gearing up for a campaign, he is reticent to disclose his future plans.

Someone close to him, though, has disclosed that the senator will announce whether or not he is running “sooner rather than later.”

Though he has not made a decision yet, recent polling has included him in the totals. His numbers, however, aren’t very promising. According to the Real Clear Politics averages, Scott is polling at just 1.2%.

Scott, if he does decide to run, would be the fourth candidate to declare. So far, the GOP field consists of: former President Donald Trump, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, and entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.
