(DailyVantage.com) – President Joe Biden is halfway through his term, and it appears 2022 was an even worse year for him than his first one in office. His approval rating tanked, and the number of gaffes increased significantly. While some have called his mental acuity into question, the president insists he’s perfectly healthy — despite his numerous mistakes. Let’s take a look at a few from the past year.
All presidents read from either a written speech or a teleprompter but rarely do they actually read the notes verbatim. In this particular incident, which occurred in July, the teleprompter instructed him to re-read a line, but instead, he read the instructions.

Biden has also notoriously referred to his second-in-command, Vice President Kamala Harris, as president — not once, not twice, but several times. Hot microphones also caught him calling people vulgar names, like when he referred to Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy as a “stupid son of a b–ch.”
Perhaps one of Biden’s worst gaffes was calling for Rep. Jackie Walorski (R-IN) to stand during a White House conference held several weeks after her death.

Yet, despite it all, according to the New York Post, even Biden pokes fun at himself, too, claiming that now and then, he messes up — “like, well, once a speech.”
