Drug Dealer on House Arrest Found With 13 Year-Old

(DailyVantage.com) – According to Florida authorities, a drug dealer on house arrest for selling cocaine brought a 13-year-old girl into his home before assaulting her. Police released a statement about Leonel Kenan Labranche and accused the convicted drug dealer of inviting a minor into his house and exposing her to illegal drugs before committing lewd acts on the young girl. After an interview with detectives, police arrested Labranche and incarcerated him at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, where he’ll remain without bond until further court proceedings.

A court already sentenced Labranche to house arrest for distributing cocaine, which court records indicate he sold within 1,000 feet of a school. Labranche also has a violent record, with charges of burglary, assault, and battery. According to police, while Labranche was on house arrest, he met a teenager who ran away from her parents’ house. After finding out the girl had left her home, Labranche invited her to stay at his house.

While the two stayed in Labranche’s residence, the 27-year-old convicted drug dealer began giving the young teen various substances, including marijuana. Labranche then allegedly committed adult acts on the young teen during her three-day stay at his house. After three days, Labranche transported the girl to a local hospital in Pembroke Pines due to concerns that she had a sexually transmitted disease. Authorities arrested Labranche the same day, where he confessed to the inappropriate relationship during a conversation with detectives.

Following his latest arrest, prosecutors charged Labranche with lewd and lascivious molestation in addition to his prior cocaine distribution offense. While discussing Labranche’s case, authorities also shared information about Labranche’s various domestic violence charges from other cases. Jail officials won’t release Labranche until his trial, to the satisfaction of social media users who commented on Labranche’s case.

One online commenter demanded Labranche remain incarcerated for the remainder of his life, given the severity of his latest criminal offenses. Another commenter insulted Labranche’s appearance and compared the convicted drug dealer to a snake. Despite the lack of details surrounding Labranche’s case, the felon will likely spend years in prison for his violation of house arrest and the felonious relationship with the unnamed minor.
