He’s Been CHARGED – Election Fraud CONFIRMED?

(DailyVantage.com) – The North Miami Beach, Florida mayor Anthony DeFillipo, a Democrat, has been charged with voter fraud and has been arrested. DeFillipo reportedly faces up to 15 years in prison for “three counts” of alleged voter fraud.

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis reportedly suspended Mayor DeFilipo over the charges. The mayor was suspended “nearly a week” after the charges were levied against him.

The Miami-Dade State Attorney’s office released a report explaining the charges against DeFilipo. The announcement explained that DeFilipo had been charged with “three counts” of “election unqualified voter” fraud. Likewise, DeSantis released a statement explaining the charges that are counted as a felony in the third degree, and his motion to suspend the former mayor. Reportedly documents called the charges against DeFillipo “voting irregularities.”

This is not the first time that a Miami-Dade mayor faced criminal charges. In 2015, former North Miami Mayor Marie Lucie Tondreau was sentenced in a mortgage fraud scheme. The fraud scheme involved millions of dollars.

Politics in Florida have been heated in 2023, as the public reacted to DeSantis’s decision to run for the office of U.S. President in 2024, as well as Senators pushing to ban the Democratic Party. This motion was called the “Ultimate Cancel Act” and was a move to decertify any party that had supported slavery, which the Democratic Party did historically. Since announcing his presidential campaign, DeSantis’ approval rating has reportedly tanked. Not only did the governor’s approval ranking fall, it fell “dramatically” as Floridians reportedly have formed an “anti-DeSantis” group claiming that the governor has abandoned the state in favor of his political agenda.

Florida’s political sphere also heated up over the ongoing documents probe investigation into former President Donald Trump, DeSantis’ rival in the 2024 GOP Primary. Despite the possibility of facing a grand jury in Miami, Trump continues to lead DeSantis and other Republicans in the polls. Trump will reportedly face questioning for his handling of classified documents and for storing classified documents upon leaving the Oval Office at his private estates at Mar–A-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.
