(DailyVantage.com) – Veteran actor Sylvester Stallone is taking no chances with his daughters, hiring Navy SEALs to train them in self-defense in preparation for their move to New York City.
Stallone’s daughters, 27-year-old Sophia, and 25-year-old Sistine, told the New York Post that they underwent the “hardest” training under a Navy SEAL in 2023 since their father was worried for their safety in the Big Apple.
Parts of their ordeal will be shown in Season 2 of Stallone’s eponymous reality TV series. The sisters’ training included six hours of training in the woods, as well as chasing live chickens, similar to a scene their father enacted in the second installment of his “Rocky” movie series. Sophia and Sistine said that while the TV show may make the whole experience “nice” and “fluffy,” they stated that they got their “***** whooped” by their trainers.
“They were the real deal,” the two added.
The 77-year-old Stallone has another daughter, 21-year-old Scarlet, as well as two sons, Sage and Seargeoh. Scarlet did not participate in the training as she is still a junior in college and lives in Miami, Florida.
Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet are his daughters with 55-year-old former model Jennifer Flavin, while Sage and Seargeoh are his children with ex-wife Sasha Czack. Sage unfortunately died in 2012 due to a heart illness.
According to Sophia and Sistine, while the training they underwent was brutal, they said that Stallone, being the “classic overprotective dad,” had subjected them to “military-esque, self-defense trainings” even when they were younger. Aside from having them consume “eggs with ketchup” every day at 6 am, the Stallone sisters were also made to do a lot of physical training like pull-ups, push-ups, and sit-ups.
The sisters acknowledge that they are constantly “all over the place” and “out and about” and are a constant worry to their father. Stallone grew up in Hell’s Kitchen in New York City, but he and his wife now live in Palm Beach, Florida.
