Vance Responds to Cuban’s Remarks, Defends Female Trump Supporters

(DailyVantage.com) – In response to Mark Cuban’s comments on The View about former President Donald Trump not being around “strong, intelligent women,” Vice Presidential candidate JD Vance offered a pointed rebuttal in an interview with Breitbart News. Speaking with host Matt Boyle, Vance pushed back against what he called “insulting” remarks aimed at his own family and Trump’s supporters.

“First of all, it’s insulting to my wife, who’s a very strong and intelligent woman and joins me at nearly every campaign event,” Vance began. “It’s also insulting to Lara Trump, who has done an incredible job as co-chair of the RNC, and to Melania [Trump], who currently has the number one New York Times best-seller.”

Vance noted that the comments reflect a dismissive attitude he says has taken over politics, one focused more on personal attacks than on meaningful policies. “It’s insulting to everyone who believes politics should improve lives, not demean our fellow citizens,” he added.

Turning his attention to Cuban and the Democratic leadership, including Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, Vance questioned why they seem so “preoccupied” with insulting those who don’t align with them. “Whether it’s Mark Cuban or Kamala Harris or Joe Biden, why are these people so focused on denigrating, insulting, and looking down on their fellow citizens?” Vance asked, pointing out that many Americans are rightfully frustrated by issues like border security and housing affordability under the Biden-Harris administration’s policies. “If you’re upset that Kamala Harris opened the border, you have every right. If you’re frustrated that her policies have made it impossible to afford a home, you have every right to be.”

Vance expressed dismay over what he sees as an effort to “censor, silence, and attack” regular citizens who voice legitimate concerns. “I’ve never seen anything like it,” he said, emphasizing that a vote for Trump is a way to reject this trend.

Concluding his remarks, Vance rallied support for Trump, urging voters to make their voices heard. “The only way we can tell Kamala Harris and her boss that we don’t accept being called garbage is to get out there and vote for Donald J. Trump,” he said. “And we’ve only got five days to do it.”
