(DailyVantage.com) – The 28-year-old daughter of country music star Wynonna Judd is once again in trouble with the law.
Grace Kelley was arrested in Carroll County, Georgia on August 3 on three misdemeanor charges: attempting to elude a law enforcement officer, driving on a suspended or revoked license, and the improper use of motorcycle equipment, according to public records.
Further details surrounding the circumstances of her arrest are not known.
She was released the following day on a bond of $2,750.
Kelley has a long history of arrests and has been in and out of jail and drug rehab for years.
The daughter of Judd’s first husband Arch Kelley III was arrested in Alabama just four months ago after she exposed herself on a highway in Elmore County on April 5.
According to charging documents, Kelley exposed herself along a busy intersection in Millbrook, Alabama. When officers arrived at the scene, she refused to identify herself. She was arrested for indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations.
Less than a week later, police added the charge of soliciting prostitution because she was also holding a sign that read, “Ride for a Ride” while she exposed herself.
Kelley’s legal troubles stem from her struggle with drug addiction.
In 2016, she was arrested in Tennessee for possession of methamphetamine and violating the terms of her probation by leaving court-mandated drug rehab.
Kelley was later sentenced in 2018 to eight years in prison after pleading guilty in 2017 to manufacturing, selling, delivering, and possessing meth.
She was released on parole in February 2019 but was sent back to jail again in 2021 after violating her probation. While behind bars, Kelley gave birth to her daughter Kaliya Chanel in May 2022.
Her daughter was placed into the care of Kelley’s country-star mother.
Kelley was released from jail in December 2022 but was arrested again in May 2023 for violating protection and restraining orders and violating her parole. She was released in October 2023.
